Full Signal Media ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at fullsignalmedia.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

The Site does not use contact forms, account registration, advertising trackers, or analytics tools, and we do not set cookies.

• Information you send us. If you email us or book a call through our scheduling link, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of service providers that may process limited data when you use it:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the Site.
• Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.
• Google Calendar handles call scheduling when you use our booking link; information you enter there is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email hello@fullsignalmedia.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising any privacy right.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
